I love how this party turned out.  We worked along side Anne Rogers Mitchell of Anne Rogers Productions.
Her parties are always spectacular. I just love working with her.

It all starts with the invite.  Above is a portion of what was sent to the guests.  Love love love the color combo.

The placecards were mini foam fingers placed in a bed of grass

A backdrop framed out the adult bar and lounge area

We found a giant blimp (12′ long), customized it, and hung it above the dance floor.  We added vinyl décor to the dance floor to look like a football field.

Our centerpieces were created from pom poms, megaphones, footballs and wheat grass

The popcorn bar featured the delicious local popcorn from the Just Pop In girls.  We scooped the Chicago Mix popcorn out of orange and blue sports coolers.

Our tailgate buffet held the kids snacks.

The beautiful adult centerpieces were created by The Empty Vase. Anne found this amazing linen that looked like football jerseys

Classic Cakes did an amazing job on the four tiered cake.

The lounges featured white furniture and glow tables by The Engledow Group.  We provided the football field carpet and football jersey pillows

This Bar Mitzvah was for a sweet, fun loving young man who loves sneakers.  He has quite a collection and we used them in our décor for his special day.
His color scheme was navy blue, grey and orange
This was his entrance for the luncheon.  We hung several of his brightly colored shoes from their laces above his sign.

Centerpieces were oversized shoes with an iconic “swoosh” in his party colors

Amazing decorated cookie favors for each guest provided by Dina Cohen
Some of the tables had these floral centerpieces.  We made the shoe wraps for the vases and filled the vases with orange and white tulips.

The nighttime party was at a different venue that evening.
We hung more shoes above the dance floor.

A candy buffet featured a cool custom tennis shoe cake centerpiece created by

Here is the entrance for the evening party.  Ben’s card box was made with some of his shoe boxes.

For Ben’s sign in, we took the door from his bedroom and everyone left a special message.
We displayed more of Ben’s shoe collection in cubbies in the entry.

Ben gave away these cool t’s that also served as chair covers in the party room
Congrats Benny!!  YOU DID IT!!!

Our Bar Mitzvah boy LOVES the Lakers and wanted his party to reflect his passion for purple and gold. Here is the scoreboard we created for above one of the bars.
This Bar Mitzvah was held at the beautiful Indianapolis Art Museum.
Two entire walls were windows showing the perfectly groomed gardens.
Here is a close up of the centerpieces.  They were about 4 feet tall and had
purple and gold LED lights in the glass cylinders.

We made these table top runners to look like the basketball court… complete with Eli’s logo.

Who doesn’t love the State Fair?  The food, the rides, the animals, the beautiful home grown fruits and vegetables, did I mention the FOOD?…I love it all.  Our State Fair theme party last weekend was timely in that our own State Fair started just a few days ago.  So, this Bar Mitzvah was a great kick off to the upcoming fair festivities.

Mini Ferris Wheel centerpieces for the cocktail tables

The adult side of the room was called the Blue Ribbon Pavilion.  Centerpieces were bushel baskets full of farm fresh veggies and beautiful sunflowers.  The other half of the adult centerpieces were miniature windmills.  As a part of the mitzvah, the fresh veggies were donated to Second Helpings after the event.

We created blue ribbon table numbers for the adult tables
Bandana bunting hung from the ceiling

We even brought the decor into the bathroom with sunflowers and bandana hand towels

The kids section was the MIDWAY!  Each kids table was a different midway ride.

We lined the outside cocktail area with bright colored flags that you could see from the street.

Tim Fuller of Tim Fuller Entertainment did an amazing job of keeping the dance floor full the entire event.
The party was held at the beautiful Broadmoor Country Club.
The incredible home grown sunflowers came from Seldom Seen Farms.

Rogan’s Kick Off Classic Bar Mitzvah Celebration was held at the Monon Center in Carmel. Rogan loves college football and particularly loves USC so we created his Bar Mitzvah to showcase his favorite college football teams.

The guests went home with their hands full of all kinds of custom party favors from Goldleaf Promotions.  Some shown here are these cool custom water bottles and custom back packs that we placed on the backs of each chair to serve as a chaircover.

There was also a photo station featured by King Shots, where the guests stood in front of a green screen and the image was superimposed into the USC stadium.

Each table centerpiece represented one of Rogan’s favorite college team.
Placecards were team pennants with guests names printed on each one.

Team flags were hung above each table to help guests identify each team table.
And…Rogan’s favorite team…USC.
All of the beautiful pictures were taken by the talented Sue Huffer of Sue Huffer Photography.

It’s madness here in Indy as we are the host to the NCAA Final Four Men’s Basketball and championship game in just one week. Last week we decorated for a NCAA themed basketball bar mitzvah in the exact location that the final games will be played.

Here is the top of the scoreboard. It is the entire width of the court.

Another shot of the court, scoreboard and NCAA bleachers being erected in the stadium.

Adampalooza was an event we designed a few years ago (I just found the long lost pics). The color scheme was based off of the colorful Lollapalooza ticket from 2007-Turquoise, Orange, Lime Green and Purple. We wanted to create a festival feel so there were plenty of festivities for the guests to enjoy. Shown above is the Adampalooza sign, a pic of the kids room, “Sugar Palooza” candy bar, mini drum centerpieces with the “Adam Knox Band Logo”, custom concert posters and mini guitar centerpieces.
